Natalia Vladimirovna Arefyeva

Date of birth: September 21, 1975. Moscow.
In 1992 she left secondary school #963 of Moscow and entered the State University of Management (SUM), faculty of managing transportation with specialty in “Managing transportation company”. She graduated with honours in 1997 with a thesis in “Improvement of remuneration system for transportation workers”.
In 1999 she enrolled for postgraduate studies in the SUM having simultaneously started research and teaching activities as a junior research assistant of the research department for social and economic issues of management and an assistant of the department of managing transportations of the SUM. In 2002 she was granted a PhD in Economics with specialty in “Economics and managing national economy” and thesis in organisational and methodical support of small enterprise. Since 2003 she’s been an associate professor of the department of managing passenger transportation of the SUM.
In 2002 she took a “Business management and quality assurance” course of the Interindustry Programme of Moscow Government on preparing market economy specialists. In the same year she took a course in “Problematic aspects and methodology of contemporary education in management”.
In 2004 she was awarded an honourable degree of Doctor in innovative and creative management at the Academy of creativity studies. Starting the same year she has been а corresponding member of the Academy of Security, Defense and Legal Order, a vice-president of the Department of Problems of the Young of the above mentioned Academy.

Besides teaching she involved in practical work in the field of accounting, business-planning, management consulting as an accountant in chief of several commercial enterprises.
In August 2005 Natalia gave birth to a girl named Ekaterina.
Hobbies: cars, pot flowers, ballroom dancing.
In the Justo University she teachers courses in “Crisis management”, “Logistics”, “Business aadministration”, “Industry management”, “Strategic management”, “Managing Finance”.
